2. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the highest possible uptime and service quality. However, occasional maintenance, upgrades, network issues, hardware failures, third-party provider interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control may affect service availability.
Such events do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Hosting Services
Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Dedicated Servers, and all related hosting packages are provisioned immediately after payment and consume resources upon activation.
For this reason, hosting fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
4. Domain Registrations and Renewals
Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, and related services are processed instantly through third-party registrars.
Because these services incur immediate costs and cannot be reversed, all domain-related payments are strictly non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- New domain registrations
- Domain renewals
- Domain transfers
- Premium domains
- Redemption fees
- Registry fees
5. SSL Certificates and Software Licenses
SSL certificates, control panel licenses, software subscriptions, and third-party licenses are delivered and activated immediately after purchase.
As these products cannot be revoked once issued, all related payments are non-refundable.
6. VPS and Dedicated Servers
VPS and Dedicated Server resources are allocated specifically for each customer upon order activation.
Server deployment, configuration, IP allocation, and resource reservation create immediate operational costs.
Therefore, payments for VPS and Dedicated Server services are non-refundable.
7. Website Development and Custom Services
Custom development, website design, migration services, optimization services, consultation, troubleshooting, and other professional services involve dedicated labor and technical resources.
All payments made for custom work and professional services are non-refundable.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing service specifications before purchase.
- Ensuring the selected service meets their requirements.
- Maintaining backups of their data.
- Complying with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Failure to use the service, accidental purchases, lack of technical knowledge, change of business plans, or dissatisfaction with features that were clearly disclosed prior to purchase do not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact our billing department before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim through a payment processor.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
